This block contains 27 transactions. Of which all are received by two addresses. And the amounts are all fractions of a cent. These are spam transactions to create the illusion of anything happening on the chain.

QUANTUM THREAT SPARKS NEW BITCOIN DEFENSE PLAN A powerful enough quantum computer could theoretically steal hundreds of billions in Bitcoin. The dilemma is that sunsetting spending from addresses with exposed public keys could force dormant holders, including Satoshi Nakamoto, to either move their funds or risk losing access. However, @danrobinson has proposed a way around that. Provable Address-Control Timestamps (PACTs) would let holders privately prove control of their keys using zero-knowledge proofs, without moving coins. Holders would only need to timestamp knowledge of their keys before a quantum break, silently and efficiently. A future upgrade could then allow a recovery path by verifying one of these timestamps. This could preserve both security and privacy, buying time before any controversial protocol decision.
