Today will be a pivotal day for $JTAI Mike Winston has announced a share buyback program of up to $5 million, which is about half of the current outstanding shares of the company. This follows the announcement that their Data Center project in Canada has moved closer to securing the needed power and their JV partner executing on the transfer of the Maritime facility to the JV. All of these are key developments @JetAIinc However whether this will mark the total destruction of shareholder trust or a rebuild of the management team’s ability to run this company will play out today and tomorrow. If Winston pauses ATM sells for the stock to recover to fair value without damaging shareholder value further, he’ll have taken active steps in the interest of shareholders. If he pursues further dilution while publicly claiming the opposite, he will have achieved a total destruction of shareholder trust. This is the deciding day and week for Winston.
