Most people’s main complaint with the police on public transit is that they don’t step in enough to help. Most ppl don’t want them gone entirely

Thats the mechanism to get someone who is smoking or harassing women (often the same people doing it at the same time) fined and removed and to have a paper trail of that behavior if they do it again
