@BestBuyCanada I’ve been trying to get a customer service manager to call me back since Saturday last week. Everyone I call, they say my name is in a cue. Three times I’ve tried to call. Same reply. I’ll get a callback soon. Is a wait time of four days normal??

@Uber_Support I have signed in to the link you sent -5times. It continues to connect me to driver voicemail. He has gone unresponsive. No phone delivery as promised last night. Uber needed to help intervene.

@Uber_Support I’m not sure that you understood my query. I did all this last night. Driver said he would return it last night. He hasn’t. And he has not responded to our outreach attempts since then.
