The 300 hurdles should be eliminated and all states should do the 400 hurdles instead.

Meet 2 of the indoor season in the books. Didn't jump as far as I wanted to but did jump further than my first meet so I'll take it. My arms for my new triple jump approach felt very comfortable. I think I'm ready to do a full approach next weekend. #usatfmasters #gramfam

Finished up a great year of coaching High School track and field. Minnesota State Champ in the triple jump 47'8" and 4th in the long jump 21'10"
