@Trip what's with the search, timeout, reprice? It's a multi-leg (so low likelihood someone else looking at same route at same time) Looking at different date/options but everytime proceed to book. Suddenly search has timed out, (even though only just searches) refresh search, go to book - no longer available at price. Increase cost per ticket $200 I'm sure will respond dynamic pricing - blah blah. Nothing to do with fact that seeing same booking with multiple searches that repricing higher. Cause dynamic demand -- which creates by search refreshing.

The last time I went to Thailand, I used Thai Airways booked through @Trip com. I was shocked by the level of Discrimination. The staff served everyone else food but bypassed me, they did not ask me if I wanted to eat or not. Served meals to everyone else except me. I was shocked 😲 to date I ve never recovered. I complained to the airline, they NEVER responded to my Complaint. So when I tell you that these people are Racist, take my word for it. I experienced it first hand. Even during departure you can feel it.

Don’t ever book a non- refundable hotel room with @agoda or @Trip their customer service is inexistent, once you made a payment it’s over, even if you flag the issue immediately they will completely ignore you situation. Particularly @agoda , their application is a total disaster

I was on my honeymoon to Philippines and i had internal flights with @flyPAL booked via @Trip. For some reason the flights were rescheduled and i was allowed free change of flights by airline. @Trip rejected the same twice. Said no seats in the same cabin class as booked. (1/3)
