@trip @etihad @EtihadHelp I bought a business class flight from Trip.com from JFK to Mumbai through Abu Dhabi a few months ago. Even though I had been to India several years ago, India changed its visa system and I had to apply through their online system only.

In comparison, I find Trip.com’s approach extremely rigid.
