Per @BGlobeSports The Red Sox are “considering keeping Early, Tolle or Oviedo as a long reliever for a bit until Suarez catches up.” Essentially one of those 3 will take the 4th rotation spot, and one other might start the year in long relief Currently Ranger Suarez has been announced to start March 30 against the Astros
