From Expedia site - The value, expiration, and other conditions of airline credits are subject to the airline's policy. I'm stuck between what Expedia says and what Westjet says. Covid hell.

@WestJet I booked flights through Expedia back in January for travel commencing April 4. Now Expedia says if I book a cheaper ticket I forfeit the balance of credits also my credits will expire January 2021. Do they not follow Westjet policy?
