2 week time lead time for a new @DisclosureScot to be done. A month down the line still nothing and now running the risk of being unemployed. Been on hold for over an hour to try get some update and emails just keep getting ignored. How can a organisation run like this. Joke!

@ScottishPower should be ashamed of the customer service levels they provide. No electricity for a 75 year old as meter has went faulty and no way through. Phone lines “busy” for over the past 2 hours and got into the queue for an hour then cut out. Disgraceful service!
