@Realoilsheikh Jesus was a Jew in order fulfill the OT. He is the Christ. Christians are called to follow Him. He is the Christian religion. Catholics are the original Christians. Protestants were Catholics who made up their own religions and got others to follow them.

@MFaarees_ This was the Old Covenant. This was God's way of dealing with people who were mostly quite barbaric. In the New Covenant instituted by Jesus Christ, the emphasis is on mercy and repentance. Punishment will be meted out by God after death.

@David_Y3 No. Jesus is the unique Only Begotten Son of the Father. You are a son of God insofar as all men are created in the image and likeness of God. But you have not been fully incorporated into God's family. To do this, you must be baptized with the proper form and intention.

Jesus called Allah “Father” in the sense that Allah created him and provides sustenance and life to all of us. In the same way that Jesus Christ is called the Son of God, I am also Son of God in the same sense.
