BTW @TRowePrice your new (and old) website sucks. I wrote $GME calls that expired Friday and I won't know until about 10am if they got exercised or not. (I wrote the $27's, it closed $26.53, but traded up to $29 after hours Friday, so I easily could be assigned. What's for sure, is I'm still not short these calls. Update your website over the weekend!

I think it's funny that the only thing that won't load right away on the @TRowePrice retirement site is when I click the Withdrawal link and it just spins and spins. It's giving "we're not giving you access to your funds so you can't withdraw."

@TRowePrice so from out of nowhere you ban OTC trading and penny stock trading. Then you lie via “no-reply” email to customers it’s for their own security, when in fact your stock has lost nearly 2/3 of its value since its 2022 high. Your margins are still dropping. Then you force your reps to lie on the phone. Y’all might want to merge with a brokerage that knows what it’s doing. How do you justify dumping nearly $50MM on 5 top managers when all they oversee are your fiascos? Damn right I’m moving my portfolio somewhere else. ASAP.

It would seem that @TRowePrice removed email for a 2fa authentication factor. I had to get a new phone number. Now, I cannot access my online account as I cannot receive a text or automated call. I need to withdrawal some of my own money for an emergency.

@TRowePrice I called again this AM and spoke to a very kind man who suggested I get a notarized letter to unregister my account so I can create a new one. I have to now go further out of my way, and get a notarized letter because of your IT glitch? There has to be a better way.
