With #Gemini, I’m not getting the beautiful landing page I want. It either looks too generic or lacks any real essence. What are you all using these days to create landing pages? AI agents or tools like framer, webflow? Comment your choice. #buildinpubic

Hey founders! What email warmup tools are you using for cold outreach? I’m currently choosing between Snov.io and Instantly.ai. Anyone have any good or bad experiences with either one? #buildinpublic

I use #antigravity w/ #Gemini for my personal projects and #Claudecode at work. I can see significant difference in planning, speed, & understanding. Gemini always rushes to complete the task without understanding the existing logic, but Claude though its slow, excels at other two

just scrapped 2 projects - Easyscrum (team collab saas) got literally 0 users and Indus (no code tool) was way too hard to pull off alone as a solo dev. gonna scale back, just starting small and simple for the next one #solopreneur #buildinpublic

Anyone else building a SaaS landing page with Framer? I'm finding asset creation super time-consuming. What's your secret weapon for quickly generating all those visuals? Please your workflow or tools #framer #saas #landingpagedesign

Ever feel stuck on what to post? Consistent social content that still feels authentic is a challenge. I'm building a AI powered SaaS to make this easy. It helps you generate ideas and create posts for X and Instagram, ensuring your personal touch shines through every time.

Feeling the 3-month SaaS slump with 0 sales? It can be helpful to go find the early posts of founders you admire. You'll see they all ground it out for a long time before their first dollar. It's a marathon, perseverance is key! #buildinpublic #microsaas

Prompt tip: Add "Do not assume things, ask questions instead" add the end of your prompt. It encourages the model to clarify, not guess. Results improve drastically. #ChatGPT #PromptEngineering #AImodel #OpenAI

Tried Google’s Stitch for my personal project, no matter the prompt, the UI designs all feel the same. Anyone else getting that same feeling? 🤔 #GoogleStitch #AIDesign @stitchbygoogle

I get a boost when I see solo saas founders succeed with simple ideas in @starter_story. Anyone else feel the same, or is it just me?

What's your go-to stack for IndieHacking? Mine is #rubyonrails + #pgsql + #reactjs because it's faster to build a nice looking MVP. What's your stack and why?

@t3dotgg Yeah, but Java or Golang will perform much better in your benchmark. That's doesn't mean everyone should drop JS and start writing their app in Java or Golang. He just used a stat to point out the improvement in CPU performance. He didn't say Rails is the fastest or best

I got my first paid user after 2 months quit my full-time job and building SaaS. This is the lesson! In July, I made a bold move: I quit my full-time job to start building a SaaS product from scratch. Some might call it visionary; others might say it's reckless Especially since I have a family to support. Leaving a steady income before the business is profitable is a serious gamble. The last two months have been a whirlwind of stress and learning. I’ve been laser-focused on user feedback, treating every suggestion like gold and working tirelessly to implement them. But here’s the tough part… Despite all my efforts, I haven’t seen a single paid user yet. Tons of feature requests have come in, but none have converted into paying customers. It’s been frustrating, to say the least. I’m still figuring out how to prioritize and filter feedback effectively, so if you’ve got tips, drop them in the comments. I’ve tried all sorts of strategies to attract customers: - Sent hundreds of cold DMs on X - Ran Google and Meta ads - Joined SEO-related conversations on Twitter (since my product, hubrank.co, is an SEO tool) But all these efforts have only brought in trial users. none of whom have upgraded to paid packages. So, I switched gears. I started cold emailing SEO freelancers. My product has a one-time payment option, which seems to appeal more to freelancers who aren’t keen on monthly subscriptions. And guess what? I made my first sale! Honestly, I’m not exactly sure what sealed the deal, but I’ll dig into the details and share more in my next post when I have some solid data. For now, I just want to spread some positive vibes. Here’s what I’ve learned: - make money from business before quitting your job Before you take the leap and quit your job, make sure your business can generate income - have enough capital or at least have enough savings to support your family while you build it. Even with a two-year runway, the stress is real! - pivot the audience if needed I’m no expert, but here’s what worked for me: I optimized my landing page copy to better speak to my target audience. I initially focused on SaaS founders but shifted to SEO freelancers, and changed my business model from a subscription to a one-time payment. This pivot seems to have made all the difference. From now Hubrank.co will focus to small business and seo freelancer, we enable them to do SEO keyword research without monthly subscription So If you’re in a similar situation, don’t give up! Keep pushing forward Go, go, go! 🚀🚀🚀
