इनको तो अब हर कोई भूल चुके होंगे.. इनका नाम रीता कौशिक है। ये उत्तर प्रदेश के जौनपुर में फैमिली कोर्ट की प्रिंसिपल जज थीं। असली मे सिस्टम औऱ न्याय क्या है.. पढ़िए 👇 दिसंबर 2024 में अतुल सुभाष ने अपने 81 मिनट के वीडियो और 24 पेज के सुसाइड नोट में उनका नाम लिया था। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि रीता कौशिक ने उनके केस में अपने पक्ष में फैसला देने के लिए 5 लाख रुपये की रिश्वत मांगी। उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि कोर्ट के एक क्लर्क ने सिर्फ सुनवाई की तारीख लगाने के लिए 3 लाख रुपये मांगे। जब उन्होंने मना कर दिया, तो उन पर 80,000 रुपये महीना एलिमनी (भरण-पोषण) का आदेश दे दिया गया। 9 दिसंबर 2024 को अतुल सुभाष की मौत हो गई। रीता कौशिक के खिलाफ कोई FIR दर्ज नहीं हुई.....कोई जांच भी शुरू नहीं की गई। 6 जून 2025 को उन्हें जिला जज के पद पर प्रमोट कर दिया गया... अतुल सुभाष का केस अब नवंबर 2026 तक के लिए टाल दिया गया है। उनकी मौत के आरोपी जमानत पर बाहर हैं। जिस जज का नाम उन्होंने लिया था, वो अब जिला जज बन चुकी हैं। यही सिस्टम है.... यही भारत का न्याय तंत्र है और इसके विरुद्ध कोई बोलता भी नहीं...!
