NEW: The couple who attacked @Savsays has been identified as Chris Ostroushko and his daughter Paige Ostroushko, known for their involvement in leftist activist circles. They frequently participate in anti-ICE and anti-American demonstrations. Shortly after the incident, Paige was detained by police.
