I’m so scared of giving him an ED but it’s kinda weird to expect us to just stay friends. Even being friends with someone with an ED puts them at risk of picking up behaviours so where do we draw the line?

I feel like there’s nuance here obviously but like….what if I kinda agreed? At least in my case, my bf has spent infinitely more brain power thinking of EDs, body image, and food because of me and I feel so fucking bad but it would also hurt him super bad to break up bc of that?

@ecedotjpg Fr like I feel that ppl can only guess bmi’s that they’ve been at/around so when it comes to certain bmi’s,,,, I shut my mouth!! Because I don’t know!! But ppl will randomly throw out numbers like? No one is forcing u to answer

@420divaz @lavenderkcals If you don’t do it too often 🤷♀️ tbh it’s thermodynamics so if the binge puts you in a 3000 cal surplus, then you need to be in a 3000 deficit (which for me takes like more than a week of working hard so)
