Most fitness advice is lying to you. I fix that. Science backed. Brutally honest. Building better men one hard truth at a time.

@BaluGorade Right now its 40 CR, by next 2-3 months it will be 80CR, because inflation, foreign trips, premium medical insurance, premium school fees (few other unnecessary expenses, and topped by some more inflation to add extra insecurity and fear). You are far behind brother

Ter Stegen used to make saves like this. This was a double save he made from Lewandowski’s close range shot against Bayern. Ter Stegen has really lost his powers.

@livikgs Weight loss depends on your net caloric expenditure. If you are still eating more than what your are burning, it wont make any difference

People will just hope on from trend to trend, not realiseing what their body is comfortable with or what they actually need to make the process convenient for them. The fact that most of the people think, they have to do something difficult to see the results is wrong. Things are simple, the only effort you need put in is consistency

Intensity gets the credit. Consistency does the actual work. The guy training 4 days a week for 3 years will always beat the guy who trains twice a day for 3 months and disappears. Your body doesn't reward effort. It rewards repeated stress over time. Show up average. Show up always. That's the formula nobody wants to hear.

The first thing guys will stop is pursuing hobbies. So they become the guy who runs a business and goes to the gym. Overtime this makes you batshit boring. Not everything you do in life has to have direct ROI to making money money. Lame approach to life.

I give this to how our upbringing has been. If we do not work extra hard on our day to day life, this gives us sense of guilt. From childhood we are forced to put extra efforts in everything. If you are free and want to spent some leisure time you are doing something wrong. Its the sense of guilt that has been engraved inside us for generation. Maybe we can break free of it in the near future

Many of us in India working in IT slowly normalised, even glamorized, putting personal life on hold for work. Vacations postponed, events missed, and getting home late becomes routine It’s framed as “sacrifice.” In many cultures, this actually is seen as disrespecting own life

You’re not meant to stay tired. Rest, recover, and come back stronger. Push hard but respect your limits. Because progress isn’t just built in the grind… it’s built in the recovery too.

-Find your maintainance calories - create a slight caloric deficit of 200-300 cals. -Add a 30-45 mins activity to your routine -Eat enough protein. 2x body weight (in kgs) so you dont loose muscle mass in the process - sleep for 7-8 hrs - dont be sedentary throughout the day improve your NEET( non exercise expenditure thermogenesis) If you do this for 30 days, there is no way you wont loose weight

@anamiskovic69 If you have to select a diet to loose weight, that means there is something fundamentally wrong with your existing food habbits and lifestyle. Fix that first, after that its just simple planning and adjustments

Why do strict diets usually fail? Science suggests the answer isn't a lack of willpower, but rather it’s just our biology. When on super strict diets, our body and brain fight back. And here is the answer: 🧵

You can loose weight through these way: eat less than you burn. Burn more than you eat. That is it. There is no other way around. No food item helps you loose weight. Track your calories and stay in a deficit so your body can utilise the energy stores (fats) inside your body for fuel

Losing weight is easier than you think. People tend to underestimate their calorie consumption. A study at Columbia found that obese people claiming to eat 800-1200 calories per day were off by 2000 calories. For most people, they need to track everything they eat, consume less, and the weight will fly off.
