@trylolli @CashApp Would depend how much of a cost we’re talking but seems like it could be a reasonable fix

@TaeyeonUchiha @CashApp We can land on-chain withdrawals sooner if users are okay eating the costs of us not doing batching. Without batching, it's a simpler job.

CashApp's lnurl implementation blocks our servers when we do a user@ lookup. That's why other wallets work, and @CashApp doesn't. We're in touch with the team and hoping to get it fixed. In the meantime, other LN wallets work fine. On-chain withdrawals will land after Spark goes live. They aren't being restored, though - the old system was manually managed. This is all new infra.

@trylolli I do appreciate @trylolli having a good faith open dialogue about problems, but there’s been so many issues in general it’s seriously pushing away long time users. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

@TaeyeonUchiha Very open to feedback, especially from a long-time user like yourself. It might be worth DMs or Discord for a longer discussion.

@TaeyeonUchiha I understand you might not like that, but that's what we mean when we say "good faith". The chat bots yore linking didn't exist for the majority of our history, and they can't see historical app code. We can see those things, and have long-tenured support staff to verify.

Hey @trylolli fix your app. The 1000 sat promo to link card never goes away and you can't get into the treasure chest daily sats anymore.

@lordoftrade Can you ping support@lolli.com or @LolliSupport? 1000s of cards linked so far, but there are a couple banks that are having Plaid issues we're digging into

@trylolli I’ve been using Lolli since 2019, that wasn’t a temporary promotion, it was a basic feature. It was never card-gated before the new team took over. You also didn’t address how on-chain withdrawals were removed- another very basic thing with btc. Lightning withdrawals don’t work-

@Loschtopher Have you reached out to support? Pending sats are from merchants who haven't confirmed a payment - support should be able to help you out.

@trylolli It also took me 2 seconds to find your new partner Plaid had a lawsuit for selling user transaction info without authorization. I’ll pass.
