@FidoSolutions I was told that the case was classified as "Friends and Family Fraud" by the fraud management team, and has therefore been denied. I was given no further information on how they came to their conclusion to deny my case.

5/5 As a victim of fraud, I am shocked and dismayed at how I have been treated by FIDO's customer service and fraud investigation team. The lack of controls in place to protect individuals against fraud is abhorrent
4/5 Instead - I was threatened that if I did not pay the outstanding balance, my credit score would be adversely affected. I was told that the responsibility fell on me to pay the outstanding balance and that there was nothing else they could do for me.
