@TSB I've had 2 letters about a saving account I thought was closed years ago. I have no card or note of the a/c. It seems absolutely impossible to speak to someone without the a/c number.

@TSB Haven't been able to access TSB app today, have tried downloading it again and it has made no difference. Internet access is fine too, there is no message on login, indicating work is being done on the app?? I'm assuming the problem is at your end. ??

@Beckiviner I'm sorry. If you have had a declined transaction on your card, then call us on 03459 758 758 between 8am-8pm any day so that our advisers can look into this, or use the messaging service in the TSB app to report this. If it turns out it has been blocked by us, then 1/2 Rich

@TSB hiya. My card has been blocked yet again because I am travelling. Two questions, is there a way to notify tsb when travelling? This happened every time. And is there a way to unblock without phoning? I'm in the US.

@DC_Police the @TSB require *me* to have id. You have nearly killed me and when i get told at the counter at the bank that i cannot transfer the funds from the pay in account to the Account i spend through what then @MartinSLewis ? Now none can access any of the funds attached2me

@AChatsHarris Hi. We don't currently offer push notifications for account transactions, but it is something we are looking at introducing in the future. However, we don't currently have any timescales for this I'm afraid. Please keep checking the app and website for any updates. Lesley
