@TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th April. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. I'm assuming that as Friday and Monday are not working days if I made a payment today it would make no difference?

Just spent an hour trying to cancel a direct debit with @TSB because the help & images were absolutely nothing like where to actually find it on the app. Round and round in circles. Utterly useless. & ‘TSB’ bots wanting direct messages to ‘help’ ie scam can get lost!

@TSB Hey! I’ve not had a card with yourselves since early/mid 2020… why 6 years later is this card reappearing on my credit reports as a closed account? It seems rather odd… I had loads of problems getting the account actually closed on my report back then.

@tehreedy I wouldn't be able to confirm why it now reappears on your credit report I'm afraid, Sam. This information would still have been provided to the credit reference agencies over this period. As it appears correctly we wouldn't be able to dispute it, 1/2 Beth

@TSB Thanks, but most of them point to yourselves in the first instance. From what I can tell, whatever it is reporting to all 3 credit agencies, and very clearly there’s some update attributed in Feb or March 2026. It’s not a negative update, not a new opened account at least…

@tehreedy appear on your credit report for up to 10 years. If you'd like to contact our Credit Card team on 0345 835 3846, they can certainly try to search for your details to attempt to check over it for you. They're available from 8am - 8pm any day of the week. 2/3 Beth

@TSB I spend 30 minutes on the phone to be told to fill out an online form to obtain access to an old account. I then spend a further 30 minutes filling it out along with all the id&va to then be told you can't do anything. Give me my money 😂
