Thing i don’t understand about Naruto fandom is that they keep saying they need more side stories about characters, but man they have like 10 different ones and all of them are extremely hated or forgotten. Only relevant one is Boruto which is its own story now. when are these people gonna understand that they don’t actually want Naruto?

I know the plot can't cover it but it annoys me a little that Tsunade or even Orochimaru has no reaction to what seems to be Jiraiya's chakra signature. Although caring about these old characters just seem way past us right now.

@willpower9000 Exactly So how are those characters who are not part of the sensory unit supposed to know? Naruto would sense it with his sage mode if he is searching for people's chakra and koji is around. There's no situation where they were supposed to find out and ikemoto shrugged it off

Because the sensory unit does not know it belongs to Jiraiya. But people like Naruto, Orochimaru or Tsunade would for sure know. But its a small nitpick of details that doesn't matter that much. Even Naruto had a nostalgic feeling just by watching his fight style alone. Would've been super easy for close friends to pick it up.

@willpower9000 Koji has never used any jutsu around the village How are his friends supposed to sense his chakra if he is not using it? Yes, they sensed the chakra of the shinobi because the shinobi was using chakra😭✌🏾 Y'all think ikemoto is stupid

I'd imagine it be similar to Madara sensing Hashirama's presence. Chakra is mysterious, I vaguely remember someone sensing a chakra of a shinobi that should've been long dead in the 4th shinobi war too. And they're Sannin after all, sensing chakra or just outright feeling something is off shouldn't be a challenge.

@willpower9000 Check the chapter where koji infiltrated the village 😭 sensory unit didn't notice cause his chakra signature was already registered so they did not detect any abnormally. So I ask again, how are his friends supposed to know about his chakra signature?

@willpower9000 None of them know about kashin koji being the clone of jiraiya as he has never entered the village(from their perspective) and people who know jiraiya are yet to see kashin koji's face lol

@willpower9000 What are you talking about? His chakra is already registered so they are not going to actively check the signature of anybody who enters and leaves the village unless it's unregistered.

@Ese_234 Other than that there's the idea that watching Naruto gives, hardwork pays, getting the right mentor, all those sort of things Boruto was just filled with all sorts of powerups... Thus alienating it away from its original idea of hardwork

I'm trying to figure out what context the information Shikamaru is told would make sense. Current theory is something is happening within the village which is why Kara might be being brought up (??) Or it's directly related with Koji's disappearance. But more info is needed...
