@tsinkit Upgrading your plan won't change your bank account details, although if you have a new card you'll have new bank card details. If this is the case, it might be worth checking with our team to make sure that you don't need to pass new card details along to the merchant 😊

@monzo I upgraded to Monzo max recently but forgot I was expecting a refund. It’s not come through yet. Is there anything I can do as the bank details have changed.
