Today 23rd April, Julius Mkhwanazi appeared in court for bail application. What was disclosed in court amongst others is that his nett salary is R65k a month. Why on earth should someone earning this much still be caught up in cases of corruption and theft. What about his juniors taking home a paltry R16k a month. This country is in trouble. This calls for an urgent review of our remuneration system and sanctions for rogue public servants. Ironically it is those who earn a lot who steal a lot.
