We, as a society, have taken two-factor authentication too far. Logging into my bank account and into my Chipotle account shouldn't be the same process.

@TSmoothieCafe reached out to customer care it’s been over a month and no response. Just horrible. Got a smoothie and it literally had plastic and rubber in it from the blender. Crazy to see how these companies don’t care at all about their consumers

@PreddiKae Hi, That’s a fair point to raise. Tropical Smoothie Café’s delivery orders typically don’t include straws by default because the packaging is streamlined for transport. It’s part of a broader move in food service toward reducing single‑use plastics.

@TSmoothieCafe your app double charged me $25 for a smoothie I never received. The store never got the order. Your customer service told me there’s nothing they can do because there’s “no order number.” The money is already out of my account. That’s not a policy. That’s theft.
