this is exactly how i’d do it:
1.pick a single health-related niche (gut, hormones, longevity, weight loss, skin, etc)
2. define one painful problem inside that niche
3. create a theme page around solving only that problem
4. study 30 viral pages in that niche
5. save 100+ high-performing posts
6. feed them into gpt/claude
7. ask it to generate good educational posts with hooks
8. batch 100 posts in one session
9. schedule 3–5 posts per day
10. let ai handle content daily (~30 min)
11. create an ebook that goes deeper on the problem
12. price it $19–$49
13. link it in the bio
14. pin one post driving to the ebook
15. watch which posts bring clicks
16. double down on those angles
17. repeat with another niche
no personal brand
no coaching
no calls
just traffic → ebook → repeat
