Players: If your coach holds you accountable, you are VERY fortunate. A lot of coaches accept their players doing whatever they want, whenever they want with no consequences. Discipline, responsibility & accountability are life prep! If your coach cares that much, respect it!

@_gameplaylearn_ When we see something magical, sometimes we ask ‘how do we coach that?’ When perhaps the question should be ‘how did they learn to do that?’ But this will take us away from the coach as the person with all the answers to the individual & how they experience the game.

This seems to be the strength of playing with friends, an unspoken, not fully understood, shared failure strategy. Learning belongs to the group. The tighter the group, the better the growth.
