@nolanolegal That’s beautiful! What cut of meat is it? I don’t know anything about sous vide but I’m interested. Beef is so expensive…I’d like to do cheaper cuts that aren’t like shoe leather.

Cooked sous vide at 130 degrees F for 24 hours then chilled overnight - and then whipped out my parents’ 70’s era meat slicer. The jus and giardiniera are ready.

@sglockett It feels so maga coded but we have one of those no soliciting signs bc they’re so annoying. Guy rang the bell last week and I was like- hey backup…. Read me that sign…. “Oh I’m sorry ma’am” ( I felt so bad after the look on his face though)😂

@sglockett It’s a round plastic jar-like thing.
We put it near our garbage cans outside.
Basically, put them near where they lay eggs (poop and garbage)
