No waiting on renders. No rewriting one word and getting a completely different image back. The momentum holds. That’s what feels new. Not automation.

Strategy and creativity stop living in separate phases. They start compounding in real time. It doesn’t replace your creative outlook. It amplifies it. And for the first time, I felt like I was solving creatively without the usual friction.

For creatives worried about AI taking their jobs, this isn’t I spent time inside Pomelli today. It attempts to build real campaign assets, layouts, visuals, and copy grounded in your brand. It’s not stem to stern. You still refine. You still choose. But it gets you close.

Every year, thousands of agency owners fly somewhere to sit in a ballroom, collect a tote bag, and come home with 47 pages of notes they’ll never look at again. I designed The Summit to be the opposite of that. Next week, I’m taking my top agency owner students to a private jungle lodge to map out the next 10 years of their businesses. All of them have spent years heads-down executing, paving the path. This is the first time many of them have ever stopped to ask where they’re actually trying to go. The best breakthroughs come from the space to stop, think, and dream. If the best ideas happen in the shower, just imagine the inspiration that comes from workshopping next to a waterfall.

@michalmalewicz Love the design vibes and fitness vibes. Keep it up, from one mid 40's-fit-designer to another.

I'm 43 years old. I feel 23. And most of my biomarkers confirm that. If you're under 40, I can give you a single most transformative piece of advice there is: Life is like a videogame. An RPG. You do quests and level up. But if you decide to just chill for a decade, you'll end up on a too low of a level to handle stuff later. That dragon will F*** you up. Same with vices. Sure, you can drink alcohol. But notice what happens in a game when you do: An instant debuff. Blurry vision. Less HP. Lower attack power. Works exactly the same in life. So my advice is: if you're in your 20s or 30s, if you avoid the bad stuff (90% of the time, you can still "live a little") and work out at least 3 times per week you'll be better suited for the years ahead. Over 40 it gets brutal. It can be a breeze, or it can be pain, being tired, worn out and physically exhausted. I started late. Lost weight and started working out around 35. If I could go back in time, I'd tell my 28 year old self to start ASAP. Because it all compounds. And if you want to feel young and energetic over 40, you REALLY need to start at least a decade earlier. Otherwise it will be a much, MUCH harder game. So go at it! Today. It’s always amazing to see things come to life after months of planning and designing. Watching the final product be released, fully assembled and ready to go, is such a rewarding feeling. youtube.com/watch?v=njKxrg…

@ridd_design I think this is a common reaction we have to most changes in familiar design patterns. We get comfortable viewing it the way that it was. Any significant change shocks our system until we get comfortable again.

Good design inspiration doesn’t just come from Dribbble or Pinterest. Sometimes, it’s hidden in the pages of a book. 📚✨ These reads secretly shaped my latest design project in ways I didn’t expect. What has influenced your work lately?

I love design. I love tech. I love startups. I love products. I love this weird Twitter community where it all happens. Being able to call your hobbies "work" is an incredible blessing. This stuff is so fun and for some reason I'm feeling particularly grateful tonight.
