The world has truly gone bonkers. Lunatics have taken over the asylum. Politically homeless. I like good old British common sense, fair play and humour.

What is she on about? We were told that migration was economically beneficial to Britain, that the 12 million that have come to Britain were contributing. Why should the British taxpayer fund foreign people’s housing and benefits? If they can’t afford to be here, they should go home. National debt is 96% of GDP, we can’t even afford to fund our Armed Forces. Britain is not an international reparations welfare state. No first generation immigrant should get welfare or social housing.
Emily Thornberry@EmilyThornberry

Half of all migrant children currently live in poverty - an already shameful statistic. But the Earned Settlement model will see that poverty prolonged for 90,000 children in working migrant families. That's why my community says the Government must think again.

The Palm Sunday massacre of Christians last night in Nigeria should be front page news everywhere this morning — but it isn’t. Why? Because the media DOES NOT CARE about the plight of African Christians. I am here today in Nigeria to share the truth.

This reflects the broader approach taken by Ed Miliband from day one: Relying on energy imports from developing nations allowing him to present lower domestic emissions on paper. In reality, it simply relocates the environmental cost elsewhere. When you factor in transportation and logistics, the overall carbon footprint is actually higher than producing energy at home.

🚨NEW: Ed Miliband has been accused of ‘cheating’ by labelling electricity from foreign gas-fired power stations as carbon free He has pledged to make the grid 95% gas-free by 2030, yet in these plans 15% of UK power comes from gas powered stations in neighbouring countries

This is beyond humiliating. “The agreement would establish a permanent mechanism for an appropriate financial contribution of the UK towards reducing economic, social and territorial disparities between the regions of the EU, applicable to the electricity agreement and any further agreement affording the UK access to the Union’s internal market. The financial contribution of the UK should appropriately reflect the relative size of the UK’s economy and the proportion of the internal market in which the UK aims to participate in line with consistent EU policy.” Starmer wants to pay Brussels to run our affairs. order-order.com/2026/03/30/lab…

Under this government youth unemployment in London has gone from it's lowest in 25 years, to the highest level, last seen after the 2008 crisis. And this is before the consequences of 2026 bite. The wholesale destruction of youth opportunity and prosperity. Devastating.

He said the quiet part out loud. Your tweets about migration infuriate Lib Dem MPs.

British MP Max Wilkinson: @x is a "massive problem" because it allows critics of mass immigration to "have their voice heard in a really easy way that they couldn't in the past".

@AllisonPearson @GinabeanartGina The relative media silence on the Derby crime is deeply odd. When the same happened in Liverpool and no one was injured it was wall to wall? What is the difference?

The UAE will show the world what strength is made of. The UAE will show the EU and NATO how to be brave. The UAE will make sure the Islamic regime in Iran never, ever targets us again. Never again. We lead. We protect. We win. And the Middle East moves forward without Islamist terrorists.

This is an astonishing fact from today’s Sunday Times. At least 224 out of 257 new Labour MPs elected in July 2024 came from either charities or communications/lobbying agencies, or were formerly “political employees”. It explains so much about Labour backbenchers’ priorities.

Leader of the Green Party continues this morning to share hate towards Jewish journalist @nicolelampert - 'This one calls herself a journalist... The entire world detests you'. A leader of worth would apologise for using the word 'parasitic'. A weak leader would keep sending hate her way, finding ways to justify it.

🚨 Holding the BBC to account: Green Party activists and candidates made horrific comments, calling Jewish people “abominations”. God forbid had this been Reform activists it would have led the news cycle behind only the war in Iran. Yet because it’s the Greens? The BBC did not even cover it.

Watch this brave Iranian woman absolutely school a clueless Western so-called activist. It is utterly embarrassing to see white European women, who enjoy absolute freedom and equal rights, stand in the streets of the UK to protect a misogynistic, terrorist regime that beats, tortures, and kills women for asking equality. Hypocrisy at the highest level!!

The Islamic regime in Iran is the one that just a few weeks ago slaughtered 32,000 protestors, and then, when relatives came for the bodies, demanded payment for them One of the nastiest regimes the modern world had ever known, now supported by many of the marchers
𝐍𝐢𝐨𝐡 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐠 🇮🇷 ✡︎@NiohBerg

From the same march: Real Iranians on one side waving the Lion and Sun flag. White privileged leftists waving the islamic regime flag on the other side. The progressive Left wants Middle Easterners to be oppressed. You can't make this shit up.

You’d think the leader of a political party would have better things to do than continuing to send hatred in my direction. My story, in which his family expressed fears about the dangerously Jew-hating place the Greens are going to, appears to have touched a nerve. Because he knows it’s true. That’s why he’s attacking me and the paper I wrote it for. But he cannot attack the story itself.
