@charise_lee A lot of men crying in the comments. These women are mimicking behaviours men show ALL the time. There will be women in meetings this week who are talked over, ignored, ridiculed… you’ve seen the Tates and the hench male influencers? It’s how we teach boys to talk to women.

From June 1st, I will be heading the engineering and technical team of a health startup based in Lagos Nigeria (presently worth $20 million in valuation) I will be recruiting 10 people into the engineering team for the following positions. QAs Product Owners AI Engineers DevOps Software Engineers (Full Stack) That’s a lot of work for me to handle the recruitment process because we don’t have HR yet. I can only handle the technical interviews. Is there any recruitment agency you can recommend?

Single sex schools give many girls something surprisingly rare: the experience of seeing women occupy every level of authority without explanation or exception. Entire institutions run by women. So no one will ever convince me that women are incompetent.

1. “Men are more decisive” Men are generally more risk-taking and overconfident, due to testosterone which can look like decisiveness. That does not mean better decisions. 2.“Men are more emotionally stable” Men often externalize emotions through aggression, violence, or substance abuse. Suppressing emotions is not emotional stability. 3. “Men focus better” Research does not show men universally focus better. Women often outperform men in academic consistency and long-term task discipline. 4.“Men are more audacious” Men take more risks, but risk-taking is not automatically courage or competence. Many risky behaviors lead to worse outcomes 5.“Men are stronger willed” Women statistically show better health compliance, consistency, and lower impulsive criminal behavior all linked to self-control. 6.“Men communicate, women yap” Studies show men interrupt women more in conversations. Women simply tend to communicate more collaboratively and emotionally and that’s not weakness. 7. “Men take responsibility” Male crime, violence, reckless driving, and abandonment statistics do not support the idea that men are inherently more accountable. 8.“Accountability to women is kryptonite to men” If that were true, men would not statistically dominate violent crime, fraud, corruption, and institutional abuse cases globally. 9.“Men are more assertive” Men are generally socialized to be more dominant, not inherently more competent or correct. Women are often penalized socially for the same assertiveness. 10.“Men solve problems, women complain” Women solve problems daily in medicine, science, engineering, education, households, and leadership. Emotional discussion is also a valid problem-solving tool. 11. “Men are more resilient” Women live longer on average, survive illnesses more often, recover better socially after hardship, and historically endure major physical stresses like childbirth. 12.“We have penises, y’all don’t” That is anatomy, not evidence of superiority. By that logic, peacocks are superior to humans because they have larger tail feathers. Finally, you cannot be superior to the gender who creates you.

“There are many fishes in the ocean” says men but most forgets the golden one is the better one. He messed up his marriage to a good woman and after years of moving around he finds out there’s no one like his wife, I’m so glad she took her dignity and left rather than keep trying to make things work and run herself to the ground.
Mikeoriv@mikeoriv

I lost my spark, and my wife suffered for it. I took all my love and attention and poured it into my son, leaving my wife behind. I became an excellent father but a woeful husband. After a while, she said, I can’t find the man I married anymore.I told her I didn’t know what it would take for me to heal. I told her that if she could wait, I’d appreciate it and if she couldn’t, I would understand. She said she couldn’t So we shook hands and parted as friends. - Jim Iyke

You cannot: Work full time, raise children, keep a spotless home, show up fully in your marriage, maintain friendships, stay fit, build wealth, read books, pursue hobbies, serve only home cooked meals, answer every email, and still make the 3:30 school pickup. That standard was created to keep you exhausted and blaming yourself. Let it go.

@dammiedammie35 I love how she loves her husband and I pray their efforts lead to success. Money is very important but you just know when you’re with your person… nothing else really matters.

@mistergeezy It’s betrayal… he tricked her into letting his mom pick up the dress knowing she planned to do this behind her back. Unacceptable. Marrying him now would be willfully signing up for more of this in their marriage. Nope.

@mistergeezy Convinced her to let his mom pick up the dress by calling her paranoid, knowing what his mom planned to do. His mom wasn’t the only one trying to be controlling. 😒
