How can a department of the government allow for this shambolic behaviour. Why is it taking so long for Homes England to review my case and why are Targeg lying to customers. Something is very wrong here and needs to be looked into ASAP.

I was delighted but something didn't feel right. I called back a few hours later and requested to speak to a Manager. I was put through to a lady called Devon who told me she listened to the call earlier and Aaliyah had flat out lied to me and my redemption is nowhere near ready.
