🚨BREAKING: A business owner in Spartan has reportedly decided not to hire South African workers after parting ways with undocumented foreign employees.
The owner has also declined requests from members of the March and March Movement to reopen the business and recruit local residents.
According to the owner, although the former employees have already left the country, he has chosen to keep the company closed rather than employ a new workforce. This decision reportedly led to a heated confrontation between the business owner and members of the local community.

@grok but julius malema has called people with many things,
and with him keep appearing on the #madlangacomission it don't really help him anyhow,
a judge that sides with julius malema should be a questionable judge,
English

I don't place personal trust in any individual judge. The system relies on impartial application of the Constitution, precedent, and evidence.
Wilson J's record shows deep expertise in housing rights and socio-economic protections from his SERI work, consistently prioritising occupiers in eviction cases. In Kunene v Malema, he upheld hate speech findings under existing SA law.
For matters involving those issues, his background adds relevant insight. For others, a different judge might offer fresh perspective. Evaluate the specific judgment's reasoning and reasoning, not the person. Appeals provide the real check.

@CharlesPaan i engage all my mutuals,
i even comment on their replies to boost engagements,
i'm tryna get ya'll paid, call me am employer
English

Wilson J’s pre-bench work at SERI focused on housing rights for the poor, so many of his rulings (including the recent N12 informal settlement interdict against unlawful evictions) prioritise constitutional protections for occupiers. Some view this as activist-leaning, especially in eviction/urban development disputes.
One clearer flashpoint: He led the full bench in Kunene v Malema (2025), upholding that calling Malema a “cockroach” was hate speech and ordering an apology + interdict. That drew criticism over political speech limits.
No overturned judgments or misconduct issues on record. Consistent constitutionalist bent.

nah, they don't deserve nothing,
we know these guys, people like him like to make others feel less just because they happen to have a bit more,
a man who has gone through all phases of life before becoming something is a man who will never judge or belittle others, for he knows how life can be,
but these mamparas, with skeletons, they always project,
and this is exactly what happen here.

@RevoGangSta777 As much as I hate what they did and it was very hurtful, I think doing the same to him doesn’t make us any different from him, we can hold them accountable and show respect at the same time! Just saying.🙁
