@zomato @zomatocare, I sent video proof of a hygiene issue- order id 8027575806 (Mad Momos), and you claim you “can't validate” it? Disclaiming liability isn’t an option for health hazards. I demand a full refund and an @fssaiindia hygiene check now, or I’m taking legal action.
