I recently remembered that the CB subs from Amorim aren't actually that "new" or exclusive to him. ETH did it too which begs the question why it keeps happening even now..

This is (part of) why I despise Arteta. Nelli is in the club's record books, with multiple achievements which centre exclusively around scoring and/or finishing, and yet he's still being played as a winger which invariably brings its own winger-centric scrutiny. Free my dog ffs..

Actually, from a purely aesthetic POV Timber-Eze-Jesus could generate some of the purest (Arsenal) footy about, icl. All three exhibit the same/similar dribbling, turning and carrying mechanisms - so, so good..

CCB is the easiest role in football.
You don't even have to defend wide areas.
All you have to do is head balls out of the box.

I wonder whether Arteta's pursuit of Saliba competition leads to Marc Guehi We tend to underestimate how complex the CCB role is Guehi is one of the very few itw who plays it at an elite level Height would be somewhat of an issue, but, he would be incredible for us
