A heated confrontation erupted at the Badami Cave Temples when a Hindu woman objected to a Muslim woman wearing footwear inside the sacred premises. The woman, an employee working in an office located within the heritage site, was seen disrespecting Hindu religious sentiments. Why is a Muslim woman employed at a Hindu heritage site? Would the same arrangement be accepted if roles were reversed, for instance, if a Hindu woman entered a mosque or dargah wearing footwear? Why are only Hindu temples placed under direct government and Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) control, when these authorities appear unable or unwilling to safeguard even the basic religious sentiments of the Hindu majority, who are often treated as second-class citizens in their own country?

This is very common across all these pilgrimage sites. Either its an animal carrying people uphill or it is a fellow human. I dont understand what kind of divinity awaits people after this kind of exploitation. If you are unfit, please dont go and make life miserable for someone else

One of the biggest culture shocks of traveling between India and Europe is retail staffing. In Europe, hyper-efficiency rules. One person does the till, stocks the shelves, and finds your sizes. Ask for help twice, and the vibe is instantly "please don't." In India, we have an army of helpful staff ready to assist. It's an incredible luxury we completely take for granted until we shop abroad.

This person claims that Bhojashala is 'biggest fraud of Indian history'. She further claims that 'Bhojashala' was coined only 70 years ago. That it had never existed before. That there is no inscription or text predating 20th century that mentions any Sarasvati temple or Bhojashala at Dhar. Is this really true? This thread does a Fact Check

Bhojashala is the biggest fraud in Indian history, as explained here (youtu.be/1w263R08xYc) There's 70 years of history for the term Bhojshala, but there's 700 years of history for the Kamal Maula mosque, including numerous Persian texts and inscriptions. But here we are, listening to dodos and wasting taxpayers' money on a complete lie!

As a final nail in the coffin, these serpentine inscriptions were found INSIDE Kamal Maula Mosque. These inscriptions depict alphabets and grammatical rules in form of snakes. This was to enable students to easily memorize the grammatical rules. This clearly shows that Kamal Maula mosque was earlier a Sanskrit college (which also housed a temple to Goddess of learning like most Sanskrit schools) before its conversion.

This is a promotional video for a Veg restaurant in Kozhikode in Kerala. The audio starts with Saint Thyagaraja kriti ' Manavyala Kinchara' in Raagam Nalinakanti. This Raaga is known to lead the rasika to a pleasant and delightful mood, which is what the ambience of a good restaurant should provide to the connoisseur. The audio is interspersed with some chart buster film songs based on the Raagam Nalinakanti. Innovation!

All these guys are running to buy a Rs 41,000 watch. You might argue, they look like the 3rd pillion rider of a Splendour in a Small town, how can they afford to buy this watch? They can’t. But they know, it’s sought after, so they will resell for profit

Brahmins are a curse on Hinduism. All these chootiyapanti had been taught by Brahmins. All stupid stories and these rituals. May Bhagwan Vishnu take care of our religion from these Bakchod Brahmans. PoV: Not all the Brahmans are bad. Only few of them who think that they are thekedar of our religion.

There’s a lady in my neighborhood, probably around 62, who lives alone. She has three sons. One is married with kids, one is divorced and the third is unmarried. All three have separate houses now, but none of them keep her with them. And the strange part is…she never complains about her children. Whenever someone asks, she just says, they have their own lives. I like living alone. I’m more comfortable by myself. Yesterday she got sick, and none of her sons came to see her. Another neighbor took her to the hospital. She has knee pain, cooks alone, eats alone, travels alone… and still never says a single bad thing about her children. Sometimes I think people are wrong when they say, Have children so you won’t be alone in old age. Life doesn’t work that predictably anymore. Maybe we should all learn how to spend time alone, live alone and emotionally survive alone without expecting too much from anyone. Otherwise later in life, reality can hit very hard.
