I like this idea in theory, but what about dedicated fans who stream on other platforms? This implementation imo is pretty flawed and seems like a Spotify cash grab.
It’s just like credit card presales tbh. It’s rewarding people who spend money on certain sites vs others.

Spotify announces new “Reserved” feature, which will allow artists to set aside concert tickets for fans on the platform. It will use streams, shares and other forms of activity to identify an artist’s most dedicated fans and hold two tour tickets for them. The fans will then have a day-long window to purchase the tickets.

@vinylswift89 @Eras_Resale It's ironic that even with my android, I have apple music from back when Taylor pulled her music off all the other platforms. I stayed with apple music bc to my understanding they have some of the better artist payments than other platforms.

@Eras_Resale We didn't even have access to the caps, gowns, and academic hoods. I wish they let us borrow some to take photos. I'm still so sad I missed out on having any documentation of such a momentous celebration to painstaking years of hell.
