Called Bell for the third time about lack of internet, got a 3rd different story. Went and got a new modem and in the time I was gone my landline stopped working. Called a 4th time and now have to wait for a technician tomorrow. What is going on? .@Bell@Bell_Support
Just got off the phone again with Bell after more then 24 hours without wifi to be told that the outage is still not fully resolved. How about being honest? @Bell@Bell_Support

We would like to apologize for the disruption our customers experienced earlier today due to an internet outage. We can confirm that services have been fully restored as of 11:00am ET. Bell conducted an update that impacted some of our routers.
