@Bell_Support Reached out to support who have told us the outage fried our modem and that it will take 1-2 business days to get a new one. Are you kidding me?

Called Bell for the third time about lack of internet, got a 3rd different story. Went and got a new modem and in the time I was gone my landline stopped working. Called a 4th time and now have to wait for a technician tomorrow. What is going on? .@Bell @Bell_Support

Just got off the phone again with Bell after more then 24 hours without wifi to be told that the outage is still not fully resolved. How about being honest? @Bell @Bell_Support
