@ConsumerHelp_ @yadysaurabh I have emailed them and called them to follow up ATLEAST 50 TIMES! No response from hotel side. Then last week- they said you can have 20% off on spa at the next visit. I don’t need that I need my refund and compensation for mental distress. And lost time.

Can someone help me file a complaint against @RadissonHotels @jagograhakjago PLEASE HELP! I registered a complaint with your portal but the hotel didn’t respond to your email so they asked me to file a case. Please help. There were bed bugs in my hotel room.

@ConsumerHelp_ @yadysaurabh There were bedbugs in my room then I switched rooms in which there were ants- the staff saw it themselves. This happened last October the staff was so rude and they refused to refund. All at 12am in the night with a last and two kids.

@jagograhakjago can a hotel have bedbugs in two rooms and get away without consequences or a refund? @RadissonHotels was the hotel in Jaipur it’s been months I’ve been writing to them no resolution.

@RadissonHotels look at the resolution after acknowledged issues like bedbugs! Horrible hotel horrible service. Just refund my amount how hard of an ask is that. I’ve started making sure me or nobody from my organisation books you again.

No response from @RadissonHotels forget responding to me I put a complaint on consumer redressal portal of India and they haven’t even responded to their email- the representative asked me to take them to court.
