He does not fight them. He does not strike them. He does not brandish his concealed gun and shoot at them. THIS IS WHAT THE VIDEOS SHOW, so save your fucked-up made-up gaslighting. They then take him to the ground, overwhelm him with at least 7 agents, hit him in the head repeatedly with the pepper spray canister they sprayed him with. Then, after one agent finds his lawfully carried gun, they disarm him, and then shoot him in the back when he is clearly not a threat. Then, as the man is shot on the ground, a different agent claps and celebrates, while another decides to shoot him a few more times in the back for good measure. That is what happened. That is what the videos show. They show the execution of an American citizen that should have never happened. Now... If you are posting on this platform about this incident and your narrative is anything resembling "well, I mean... 🤷♂️ He should have never been there in the first place," you have some real soul searching to do.

2 things can be true at once. Pretti was practicing his 2A rights, and he lost that coverage when he resisted arrest. This isn't a gun issue, it's a resisting arrest while armed issue.

The Administration's narrative is that Alex Pretti is a domestic terrorist who was out to murder ICE agents. The Left's narrative is that he was murdered in cold blood while defending the vulnerable. The truth is somewhere in the middle: Alex Pretti tragically died impeding law enforcement in their attempt to arrest criminals after a scuffle in which something made the agents fear for their lives. As a nation, we desperately need to take down the temperature and find common ground. That means not calling ICE Nazis and not calling protestors terrorists. Both are totally unacceptable.

Alex Jeffrey Pretti pushed the ICE officer (assault on a law-enforcement officer, obstruction); was pepper sprayed; resisted arrest; Pretti was armed, reached for his gun, seems to have grabbed his gun out of his holster; an ICE officer grabs his gun; gun goes off (whether by accidental discharge or not); Pretti is shot, predictably.
Pretti was there to obstruct law-enforcement. He arrived at the riot armed with a scoped semi-auto 9mm. Had upwards of 50 rounds of ammo, no ID, had scrubbed his social media posts before arriving. He was there to go down in a blaze of glory.

Saturday was a warning for every American: if you confront police while armed, rush them, or resist arrest, this is what happens.
Officers don’t have luxury of hesitation, they have seconds to protect their lives and yours.
A mistake can happen, a stray round can fire, but that split-second decision is life or death.
Rules exist for a reason. You cannot attack an office, law enforcement must be able to act without hesitation, and Americans must respect those rules, or face the consequences.

Let me be very clear.
I don’t want to hear a single lecture from the Left about being “unarmed.”
They want us to fall to our knees in sympathy for people who tried harming ICE agents doing their jobs.
But when Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at a speaking event — a man who did nothing wrong — many of those same voices laughed, mocked it, or stayed silent.
Now they suddenly want to preach about compassion.
Now they want to claim the moral high ground.
That’s not empathy.
That’s not principle.
