@ThunderTheDevil No, Cecil was stupid because Cecil ISN’T ACTUALLY the smartest person ever. He makes mistakes, and when Mark told him to make sure he was dead, the man that basically wiped an entire city of the map, he said “nah, I can keep him in check.” Hubris got Cecil, not plot.
