One thing I’ve learned in year four as a CEO is that a lot of people want to give you advice. Most of it is well meaning and probably actually good advice, if you are talking to smart people. The problem isn’t whether the advice is good or bad - it’s that you can only implement maybe 1% of it. Everything else is noise.
