The Settlers, the doc I made for the BBC, is now available to stream in the US on BBC Select. It couldn’t be more timely with the announcement today that the Israeli govt has approved construction of 22 new settlements in the West Bank - which are illegal under international law.

I'm going clubbing next weekend for the first time in a decade. I'm 48, out of shape and terrified I'll be like a Womble gatecrashing an LS Lowry painting

Dydd Santes Dwynwen Hapus I Happy St Dwynwen's Day ❤️ Image: 📍Ynys Llanddwyn, Anglesey The name Llanddwyn means "The church of St. Dwynwen" St Dwynwen is the Welsh patron saint of lovers, making her the Welsh equivalent of St. Valentine! Will you be celebrating today?

You can visit this famous prehistoric landmark, which was created 5,000 years ago! 🤯 Bryn Celli Ddu in Anglesey is a Neolithic chambered tomb beneath a mound, where prehistoric artefacts such as human bones, arrowheads and carved stones have been found. #GoNorthWales

Another day, another buoy. Bear and I were, much to his anguish, defeated by this one that has become well and truly meshed to the sea bed. For now at least! Still, we put in a valiant effort. Considering he hates the sea, you can see how much he loves buoys 😅

Hello @AskVirginMoney I asked for my account to be closed months ago. A guest has used the old bank details to pay a deposit and the payment hasn’t bounced back. Pls will you check whether the account was closed properly? Thanks

Anglesey is a place full of hidden history and heritage especially linked to the Viking Age. Between c.1887-1894 a hoard at Red Wharf Bay quarry was discovered. Scandinavian style arm-rings were among many of the finds at the site evidencing Viking settlement in Gwynedd #History

On a chilly morning, wishing you a warm St Dwynwen's Day! ❤️ Visited Llanddwyn - the island of the patron saint - on #Anglesey last year. Breathtakingly beautiful. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 #StDwynwensDay #YnysMôn #DyddSantesDwynwen
