@chasinthenxtrip I disagree with your assessment. Rico is a top tier professional driver with a team that mirrors his commitment to being a champion. Rico is fast, wins races, rarely DNF’s (mechanically or crashes) and earned his 2025 Championship. I’d say 2026 is between Rico, Reutzel & Thorson.

I find it fascinating how some people have such staunch opinions on players by just looking at stats and a highlight video. If you truly want to see who and what a player is you have to watch them on a snap by snap basis and can’t just judge on the lowlights or the highlights.

Kyler Murray is a sniper at the type of throws that Kevin O’Connell loves to scheme up. The schematic fit in the passing game is seamless.

What people don't understand is that there is no good price to pay for a below average starter. Imagine playing poker. You have a 5 and a 9 suited. The river shows 6, 7, 8 (suited), 2, and an Ace. An ace is a good card, in theory. An ace in the river is good value. But you can only use 5 cards. So there's no good value to take it. You can't just have Kyler as the best backup in the league at $1.3M. He has to start. And if he starts, you have a very limited starting QB. Same idea goes for Dre'Mont Jones in New England or Jarvis Landry with the Browns. There's no good price for a starter who isn't good.
