In traditional finance there are rules about changing the terms of a financial product.
You get notice. You get time. You get a choice.
DeFi forgot this for a long time.
Governance votes executing immediately. Parameters changing overnight. Users finding out after the fact that the rules they agreed to no longer exist.
TensorUSD brings that basic respect back.
Every parameter that governs your vault: liquidation ratio, interest rate, approved collateral, debt ceilings, penalty rate can only change after a multisig timelock runs.
The change is proposed publicly. Voted on publicly. And then sits in a visible timelock before it touches the protocol.
You don't need to check your vault every hour wondering if the rules changed.
You see it coming. You decide what to do. Then it executes.
That's not just good governance. That's basic respect for the people using the protocol.

Crypto was supposed to fix this.
The whole point of putting things on a blockchain was that you don't need to trust anyone's report. You just read the chain.
Somewhere along the way stablecoins forgot that.
They built treasuries managed by teams. Hired auditors to review them quarterly. Published PDFs with attestations and called that transparent.
TensorUSD remembers what crypto was supposed to be.
Every ABCV balance verifiable on-chain. Every vault position readable by anyone. Every liquidation event transparent in real time. All collateral and settlement flows auditable continuously.
Not because a team published a document because the chain is open.
That's not a feature. That's the original promise of blockchain finally applied to a stablecoin.
