鬱は前と比べてだいぶ良くなったけど、今はストレスで毎日本当に辛い。 毎晩理由のわからない怒りが込み上げてきて、どうすればいいかわからなくなる。ストレスが溜まりすぎると、何も考えられなくなったり体が勝手に動いたりする。冷静になる事が全く出来ないわけじゃないけど、それまでが本当に辛い
