@BrentAWilliams2 Republicans won’t like it, but CICO matters a lot. Maybe we shouldn’t be destroying farms for solar panels and data centers? Also, 5 minute and 15 minute cities (oh no, that’s a socialism!!!) our culture is tailor made for sitting a lot and eating a lot. That’s gotta change.

@WarsosBaldHead Their AHL team used to be near my hometown. I watched many former Sharks greats skate for the Thoroughblades. I couldn’t fathom rooting against them when they made the jump to the NHL, so I became a Sharks fan.

@mskat1117 @MaryBowdenMD It’s not necessarily about Americans applying. They had to have interviewed there and ranked it. Med students don’t just put on a sorting hat, they apply to interview, then rank each place they interview. Those places will rank them as well.

@Viktor_Sense @HannahDCox It used to be pretty commonplace for older men in my church to have wonderful singing voices during hymns. Many of them were combat veterans, former athletes, farmers, etc….numerous children and grandchildren. Pretty far from “gay.”

Yes, development is the main point for the AHL, but the Cuda are playing fast and heavy. They’re developing playoff style habits. Let them keep at it!

@IanBlogsHockey @TheFinFactor Yes! The NCAA implemented stricter backcourt rules and shot clock violations to prevent teams from getting tiny leads then playing stall ball. This was back in 70’s or 80’s. It’s 2026, the NHL can refine this easily.

It stunk to see the Barracuda give up a third period lead and lose last night but I don't think it was the worst outcome long-term. The Texas Stars are a very good hockey team and the game was essentially a preparation for the playoffs. Challenge #1: Stay out of the penalty box.
