Are we being told to look into the Soham Murders? Did you know…Jessica and Holly were both found in a ditch close to RAF Lakenheath on the 17th August 2002. Why were the bodies so close to a military base and on their perimeter? During the trial, the prosecution described the disposal and burning of the girls' bodies by Ian Huntley as a "clinical military operation". There were no official public statements from the British or American military branches expressing a specific organizational stance on the deaths. There is no public records for any military personnel that was interviewed regarding the murders of Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman, even though the murders took place literally 10 miles away from Lakenheath RAF base within their perimeter. Why wasn’t anyone interviewed? I’m not saying that Ian Huntley was a Patsy and used as a cover for what really happened to Holly and Jessica, because we have definite proof that he committed for murderers…for example, he was acting really strangely during interviews, we were told there was definitive forensic evidence found at his home and workplace, there were critical mobile phone data usage on his phone, Huntley said he spoke to the girls before their deaths. They found the girls cut Manchester United shirts in a bin at the school where Huntley worked as a caretaker, his fingerprints were found on that same bin. I mean the evidence does stack up, right? But there was no direct eye witnesses to Ian Huntley murdering the two girls. None. But he admitted killing one of the girls. So that it’s he did it, didn’t he? Did you know, Tony Blair’s private views on the 2002 murders of Jessica Chapman and Holly Wells(the Soham murders) were recently revealed through National Archives files released in late 2023.  The documents show that Blair initially resisted calls for a full public inquiry into the police failings that allowed the killer, Ian Huntley, to work with children. Blair said, “I am wholly against a full, overt public inquiry". Blair also argued for a "short and quick" investigation behind closed doors, suggesting, "Why not get a sensible person reasonably eminent, to do it on a short and quick basis". Blair‘s reason for this was to cut costs and the length it would take. Basically shut the case as fast as possible before anyone questions it and so the media wouldn’t focus on the RAF base, just Ian Huntley and Maxine Carr who were both arrested , with no hard evidence at that time. We are told to question everything including what we see on the news, I know this a very sensitive subject, my question is simple….Do you think this case is more than what we are being told? Is this a cover for something more deeper? What’s your thoughts?

@IGFestUK Let’s be honest, this was never the same Insomnia. Moving from the NEC to Stafford showground shifted the entire scope. Big UK gaming events can still succeed, DreamHack at the NEC shows that. Faith was lost because communication wasn’t clear from the start.

Well, #tothemoonexpo has been & gone now. I didn't attend but I had to write about how it hasn't gone down well. The gaming convention scene is well and truly in the toilet now & it's sad to see :(

@tommygaming27 Hi Tommy, that really does suck. There were several empty spaces in the indie area, so it was clear that you were not the only one to leave. The good thing was that I did get to check out all the games that were there, but for the reason of it being so empty.

Even with Insomnia returning next year, it’s hard to know how that’ll turn out. Hopefully the smaller events keep growing, they seem to have the right energy.

@barneyjack It definitely doesn't! I really apreciate you supporting real artists, but AI is trained on art produced by artists who did not consent to it, those making this theft. I am sure you never used it with melicious intent, but it's important to not support theft like that
