@qatarairways No support at other airports. My son abandoned in Bali with no ground staff available, Qatar would not provide accomodation nor reschedule alternative flights, told passengers to try to rebook themselves with other carriers and try to claim back. Difficult situation for Qatar.

So #BritishAirways refusing to acknowledge flights need to be cancelled and refusing to book stranded passengers on other carriers. Family stranded in Bali with no support at all from BA. Difficult situation i know but resolution poor from BA.
