Why are Brexiteers so afraid of democracy?
We know so much more now. 10 years after making the worst mistake in UK history it is time to review the 2016 decision.
If the Brexit cult are right (😂) they’ve got nothing to be afraid of.
Andy Burnham now now says:
1. I will stick to Rachael Reeves’ fiscal rules.
2. I will not seek to rejoin the EU.
Two U-turns in one day. What exactly would he do differently?
British politics will reach a new reductio ad absurdum in the Makerfield by election:
Vote Labour to destroy the sitting Labour Prime Minister.
Support Labour PM Starmer but NOT voting Labour.
We are having a by-election not because there’s any demand or need in the national interest but entirely to suit the convenience of the byzantine politics of the ruling party and the political pygmies in whose interest it is run.
We are no longer a serious nation. No wonder the bond markets are squiffy.
No one NO ONE is asking one very simple question.
Why is @Keir_Starmer so unpopular?
Whatever your answer is it can’t be based on his track record. YES some mistakes were made. But look at his achievements.
We ALL know it’s the right wing campaign that’s been running
I voted for Keir Starmer. I’ve voted Labour all my life except under Corbyn. He was a fucking nutter.
What has Starmer done that’s so bad? It’s just noise from his enemies.
He won a mandate at a GENERAL ELECTION.
14 years of shit can’t be turned around quickly.
Today I’m pleased to appoint @GordonBrown as my Special Envoy on Global Finance and Cooperation.
As Britain’s longest-serving Chancellor, Gordon is well placed to work with our international allies to build a stronger Britain and boost our country’s security and resilience.
We must respond to the message that voters have sent us and break with the status quo once and for all.
We must confront the big challenges the public face with real answers.
That is how we will deliver the change that people are desperate for and build a stronger and fairer country.

hello @ElectoralCommUK anyone there??
pretty sure Reform threats break rules and need to be investigated and if found guilty must be suspended from every election in the country
we will not bow down to voting by fear and you should be stepping in instantly to address this
This is completely fatal for Keir Starmer.
Olly Robbins has now admitted the Prime Minister personally insisted on appointing Peter Mandelson himself.
This proves Starmer lied to the public about the security vetting process.
Watch it all the way to the end.
He’s finished.
A junior said "Good morning" to me in the elevator.
I checked my watch.
It was 11:00 AM.
I looked at him.
"It's almost lunch," I said.
"You're three hours late to the concept of morning."
He tried to explain he'd been at his desk since 7.
I interrupted and told him accuracy matters more than intent.
I emailed his reviewer suggesting he take a CLE on time management.
He apologized later.
I didn't reply.
I forwarded the apology to HR as proof of his inefficiency.
Greetings are risky.
He learned an important lesson.
Never speak to a partner in the elevator.
Unless spoken to.
