Here we go again.... @UFL_Robin is heading back to 🇺🇦 this summer and would love to arrive laden with an inconvenient amount of stuff to haul. She needs to bring portable water filtration systems. She needs to bring tacmed to replenish in-country stores. She needs to bring lightweight, calorie-dense, drone-droppable foods like bone broth and jerky. Today a medic asked me for some big bottles of acetaminophen. "We can only buy small packs of 20 here and I hand them out like candy so im always going back to the pharmacy," he wrote. So we're spending some of your donations on that. This is what goes through my head every time I have to get acetaminophen. Every. time.

About 7 hours left for a shot at all this goodness! The 48th Engineering Brigade came to us this morning with a request for a vehicle lift so they can fix cars. Doesn't seem like a necessity, does it? Hooboy is that wrong. War is hard on cars. They drive over roads in horrid condtion. They're driven maybe harder than they were built to. They get blown up. Being able to fix them expediently is a huge deal, so yeah, we're using this week's raffle proceeds to buy the 48th a car lift. Get your tickets here! givebutter.com/19-may-raffle-…

A boost for this one again. We are about to send out ALL of our remaining medical supplies this week. Donating below means you donate to a 501c3 and the supplies are purchased at a discount. If we don’t have supplies on hand and a team needs an emergency resupply, we pay far more in Ukraine. For tourniquets it’s usually a $12 difference for each one.

Adding on to what Rachel said: Tourniquets are the most requested tacmed item by far, followed by chest seals and hemostatic dressings. We pay a hair over $12 for a HyFin vented chest seal twin pack. Last time I was in Kyiv, I had to buy an emergency supply from a local seller. It was $30 per chest seal. Almost triple what we pay here. You can see why we prefer to buy in the US as much as possible. --@UFL_Robin
