I’ve been thinking: what can we do to keep our children in the South East busy during the long vacation, so that social media, games, addictions, etc., don’t capture their minds? What do you think?

@talk2veee @jon_d_doe That's like telling the man you want to be independent. Same as giving him conditioning when the man was actually doing her a favour.

@jon_d_doe I understand why the single mother wanted commitment that’s beyond just being a mistress. She would have asked him to set up a business for her & leave later. However, she was stupid to get pregnant for an abroad man. She was too desperate to weigh her options properly.

A single mother in her late 30s was dating a divorced man in his 60s. He took good care of her and her child. Infact, the child and the man had started doing father-child bonding, and he was even doing school runs. He rented an apartment for her and furnished it and everything was good. Single mother said that she wanted more and marriage. Man wasn't interested in marriage but wanted to keep her as his mistress and said he doesn't want any child too. Single mother got connected to a man living abroad, and the man came to Nigeria to see her. The man promised her marriage and got her pregnant. The other man warned her but she said she was "in love" with the abroad man. Single mother carried the pregnancy to term and gave birth to the child. Child developed complications and didn't survive after a few months. Abroad man abandoned single mother and stopped picking her calls and blocked her. Former man had moved on and dissociated himself from single mother and the child that he had bonded with for over two years. Single mother could no longer afford the rent and school fees of the school where former man was graciously paying for. Now single mother is living in regrets. Man has found another mistress and is now bonding with the new mistress and her child. New mistress lives pretty close to former mistress, and man goes to see new mistress in the full glare of former mistress, and has bought new mistress a car while former mistress treks and is looking dejected. End.

A while back in Atlanta at the Niger Delta Business Summit, I spoke about the opportunities and resources available across Delta State and the wider Niger Delta. My position remains the same today. We are blessed with enough resources to drive development, create jobs, and improve the lives of our people. Delta State should not be known for hardship when it has so much potential. I believe every resident, regardless of background, deserves access to opportunity, dignity, and a better standard of living. No young person should be without hope, and no family should struggle because of a lack of opportunity. That is the Delta State I am committed to building. #DCI #Deaconchrisiyovwaye #chrisiyovwaye #Deltastate #DeltaisOK #ResetDelta

Y'all are wailing because Tinubu's gas is now N2400. I mean, gas doesn't even give food good taste. Try firewood and thank me later. It's even cheaper.

Because gas is now N2400 p/kg you people are lamenting. If not for Tinubu, 1kg of gas would have been N5000 by now. Thank God for Tinubu's reforms.
